Thank
you for your interest in the MORIAH faculty, an eclectic gathering of the five-fold
ministry. The MORIAH faculty is rapidly expanding and we welcome the
opportunity to review your course submission. In brief:
*The
Academic Committee reviews and approves all course submissions to MORIAH. A
course development packet is available by request by contacting the Moriah
National Office at (910) 323-2970 or email: Thomas
Hale.
*Potential
faculty submit audio/video instruction, a course study guide (outline of
the lectures), and a supplemental text, preferably digital. The committee
reviews, and if approved, assigns each course to the appropriate division
of the curriculum.
*Each of our teaching
segments is approximately 50 minutes in length. Three sessions can make a
course worth one credit hour, six sessions for two credit hours, and nine
sessions a three credit hour course. Our national staff works with new
faculty and courses to segment the audio, construct a course study guide
and a course examination.
*MORIAH shares a
generous royalty to our faculty members each time a course is used. The
instructor retains all intellectual property rights and we use a simple
covenant form to validate the partnership. If the instructor has authored a
digital text (PDF), MORIAH pays an additional royalty for its use.
